What personal data do we collect?

Personal data is defined to be all data that contains information about an individual natural person or data that can be used to identify an individual natural person. All personal data is handled with confidentiality.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in The Hague collects most of the personal data through physical submissions of visa application forms and required supplementary documents, such as passport copies, flight itineraries and birth certificates. This information is collected on the moment you physically submit your application during your appointment with the Embassy.

As such, the only information that is digitally kept in the website environment are appointments that you make to submit your visa application, your full name, phone number and email address associated with the appointment. Personal data that you fill in via this website in order to create a digital copy of your visa application form is not saved by us. We are not responsible as to keeping the filled in form intact and safe until the moment the form is submitted to us during your appointment with the Embassy.

Some visa applications may require extra procedures, such as when an application must be approved via the Department of Immigration in Jakarta. The scope of the privacy policy on this website, www., does not extend to other websites related to your visa application.
